Economy Package - € 42.50 (6.5 hours)

  • Standard equipment (1 flipchart, 1 pinboard, 1 screen, 1 projector)

  • Moderator suitcase

  • Freshly brewed coffee, tea, and various unlimited refreshments in the room

  • Fruit basket all day

  • Free WiFi and free parking

Please inform us of the final number of people 2 weeks before your event. After the deadline mentioned above, no free cancellations of packages can be made for organizational reasons.
A fixed revenue guarantee applies for the use of each hall.

Premium package - € 59.50 per person (7.5 hours)

  • Provision of a suitable meeting room

  • Writing materials and pens for each participant

  • Standard equipment (1 flipchart, 1 pinboard, 1 screen, 1 projector)

  • Moderator case

  • Freshly brewed coffee, tea, and various unlimited refreshments in the room

  • Small buffet in the hall consisting of soup, sandwiches, and pastries 

  • Fruit basket all day

  • Free WiFi and free parking spaces

59.50 € p.P.

Please let us know the final number of people two weeks before your event. For organizational reasons, free cancellations for the packages cannot be made after the aforementioned deadline.
Each hall has a fixed revenue guarantee for use.

Business class package - € 79.50 per person (8.5 hours)

  • One coffee break each morning and afternoon including sweet/savory snack in the room

  • International lunch buffet or 2-course menu including a soft drink of 0.2l in our cozy restaurant

  • Fruit basket all day

  • Free WiFi and complimentary parking

79.50 € per person
