A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. No rights can be derived from verbal cancellations. The day of receipt of the letter, fax, or email is considered the final cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the latest confirmation of the group, event, or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client under the contract.
