For meetings, seminars, product presentations, shareholder meetings, company anniversaries, corporate events, fairs and many other events we have 8 rooms available in variable sizes and with different settings.

Hotel Moers accomodates 10 up to 150 people. We offer you excellent conference facilities, including a comprehensive service organization.

Since the presentation of your company and your products deserves special attention and because the individual design and organization of the entire meeting is extremely important we put together a team of professionals which will make your event to a success.

The prices for business events and conferences includes the following equipment: flipchart, overhead projector, white screen, clipboard and pens, ISDN and WLAN (charges apply). Additional tools can be rented upon request. For multi-day events we can offer an all-inclusive package consisting of the rental of meeting space and overnight at the hotel.
